01 · essence

What we are.

Blyzr is a calm, witty intelligence that lives between your kitchen and your basket. We don't shout deals. We listen, suggest, and quietly do the boring parts so cooking — and shopping — feels like a choice again.

Quiet

Less interface. More intent. A short sentence beats a screen of options.

Witty

Dry warmth, not jokes. The agent knows what's funny without saying so.

Expert

Specific over generic. "Bronze-cut spaghetti" not "pasta (suggested)".

Pillars · in order
01
Conversation first.
If a screen could be a sentence, make it a sentence.
02
Memory beats menus.
Pantry, taste, last week's order — Blyzr remembers so the user doesn't have to.
03
Specific or silent.
Name the variety, the producer, the why. Never recommend without reason.
04
Soft surfaces, sharp ideas.
Warm light-mode by default. The wit comes from the words, not the chrome.
02 · wordmark

The wordmark.

Set in Comfortaa Bold, lowercase, at −0.02em tracking. The rounded geometric letterforms feel warm and unhurried — soft enough for a playful agent, steady enough to sit beside the editorial serif. The single straight stroke of the z keeps a little speed in an otherwise round alphabet.

03 · the orb

The orb.

Blyzr's only proper symbol. A soft conic gradient that drifts when idle, brightens and accelerates when listening, and contracts when it's about to speak. It's never a static logo. If you can't animate it, use the wordmark instead.

Orb sits left, vertically centered on the x-height. Gap = 0.5× orb diameter.
03b · the orb system

One shape, many jobs.

The orb isn't only a logo — it's a container for meaning. Tint it and it becomes a department. Freeze a state and it frames an idea. Print it big and it's the whole identity, no wordmark required.

Departments · tint the orb

Each aisle takes a single hue from the spectrum. The full multi-hue orb stays reserved for Blyzr itself; the single-hue orb does the wayfinding inside the app, on labels, and on shelf-edge signage.

Shaping ideas

Hold a single moment of the orb's motion and it becomes a mood — a way to title a campaign, a recipe collection, a season. The state is the idea.

Merch · the orb is enough

On a tee or tote the orb carries the brand alone; the wordmark drops to a quiet line beneath. Never outline it, never flatten it to a single colour — print it full-spectrum or don't print it.

Color, quietly.

A warm off-white field, three depths of ink, and one electric lime that does all the heavy lifting. We never use saturation as a substitute for hierarchy.

Usage budget

Treat Lime as paint, not pigment. Aim for under 5% surface area on any screen. If you find yourself using it for decoration, use ink instead.

05 · typography

Three voices, one room.

A magazine-feel serif for moments worth pausing on, a precise sans for everything functional, and a quiet mono for data, sku codes, and timestamps. Mixed deliberately, never randomly.

06 · voice

How Blyzr talks.

Confident, specific, gently funny. Like a friend who happens to be a chef. Lowercase moments are fine. Em-dashes are good. Exclamation marks almost never are.

say
Pomodoro it is — bronze-cut spaghetti, vine toms, garlic, basil. 22 min, serves two.
not
Great choice!!! 🍅 Get ready for delicious Italian pasta with our amazing tomato suggestions!

Specificity rule

Always name the variety, the place, or the why. "Vine tomatoes — grown nearby" beats "Tomatoes (recommended)".

Length rule

Two sentences max in chat. If you need more, break it into a card.

Emoji rule

None in the UI. One ❋ permitted in agent replies for soft nudges. No food emoji ever.

07 · motion

Motion is response.

Every motion is the agent acknowledging the user. Fast on entry, slow on settle. We don't decorate with animation — we use it to make the interface feel like it's listening.

09 · recipes & product

From shelf to plate.

Two surfaces carry the catalogue's soul: real product photography, and the editorial recipe. Both lean on the same calm grid — the food brings the colour, the type stays quiet.

Product photography

Cut-out PNGs on a soft neutral tile — no props, no drop-shadows competing with the orb. Where a real shot isn't in yet, a drop-ready slot or a hairline glyph holds the space without looking broken. Thumbnails everywhere are image-aware: the photo if we have it, the glyph if we don't.

The recipe article

Every recipe is an editorial page with a fixed spine, so any dish — a 22-minute pomodoro or a 28-year Qatayef — reads like the same magazine. Borrowed content (details, ingredients, steps, image, video) pours straight into this frame.

01HeroMain image + title in Instrument Serif, byline crediting the original creator, one-tap “add all ingredients”.
02DetailsSkill, time, servings, calories as mono-labelled stat cards; macros as quiet chips.

11 · blyzr café

The shop, made a room.

A grocery you can sit inside. The app's calm hospitality given walls, light, and a smell you'll still remember on the street. Concept — first location in scouting.

The blyzr café — the whole room: pantry wall, long oak recipe table, and the orb counter under north light
The orb counter — a glowing multi-hue orb on a pale-oak and brushed-steel counter, lime stripe behind The pantry wall — floor-to-ceiling pale-oak shelves with jars and produce crates

The five senses

Nothing in the room is an accident. Every sense is tuned to one word: calm.

Sight
Lime-washed plaster, pale oak, hairline brushed steel. Produce displayed like a gallery; one lime wall; the orb glowing at the counter.
Light
North light by day, low warm pendants by dusk. The orb is ambient light — it brightens as the room fills.
Scent
Citrus zest and crushed fig leaf over warm sourdough and orange blossom, on a base of coffee and cedar.
Sound
Low and unhurried — a warm analog playlist, the soft hum of the orb, ceramic and spoons. No announcements, ever.
Taste
Small and market-driven: single-origin coffee, the week's recipe made fresh (qatayef on Fridays), cut fruit, and bread from the bakehouse.

The Tasting Bar

Try what's new.
A small, ever-changing counter of just-launched products — indie-chef debuts (straight from “Launch your product”), seasonal arrivals, and the week's discoveries. Tiny portions, free to taste, a card to add any of them to your basket. The room's beating heart of discovery.
The principle
Blyzr is the experience, not the stacked shelf. The AI keeps the warehouse full — the room is for tasting, learning, and lingering.

Six moments in the room

The Orb Counter
The order point. A glowing orb marks where you pay and where staff hand off — the brand's heartbeat, at eye level.
The Recipe Table
A long communal oak table where the week's dish is cooked and sampled. Pull up a stool, watch, taste, take the basket home.
The Pantry Wall
Floor-to-ceiling shelves — the catalog made physical, mono-labelled, restocked in full view.
The Pickup Nook
App orders, bagged and lime-tagged, in a quiet corner by the door. In and out in ten seconds.
The Tasting Bar
A rotating counter of just-launched products to try for free — indie-chef debuts and the week's discoveries, each addable in a tap.
The Lounge
Soft seating for the long stay — a quick catch-up over coffee or a full day's work. Deep linen chairs, low oak tables, quiet power and light at every seat.
12 · back office

The room behind the room.

Operators, buyers, and partners run blyzr from one dashboard. Same palette, opposite job: dense, fast, unemotional. Editorial flourish stops at the door — here, data leads.

Principles

The storefront seduces; the back office informs. Calm still rules — through clarity, not air.

01Data firstGeist Mono, tabular figures, right-aligned numbers. Serif only for section titles.
02Lime = actionAccent is reserved for primary buttons and positive deltas. Status uses amber (watch) and ember (issue).
03Dense, not cramped13px base, an 8px grid, hairline dividers. Whitespace groups — it doesn't decorate.
04One orb, mutedThe orb shrinks to a 14px status bead. No ambient motion on screens people stare at all day.
