This Privacy Policy explains how Blyzr ("Blyzr," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our websites (including blyzr.com), mobile apps, cafe experiences, live-shopping events, creator tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before collecting or using certain information.

2) What we collect

We may collect the following categories of information.

A. Information you provide to us

  • Account details (name, username or handle, password, email, phone, age range, country).
  • Profile and preferences (bio, photo or avatar, dietary preferences, saved creators or brands, wishlist).
  • Orders and payments (items purchased, delivery address, billing details, tax or VAT numbers; payments are processed by third parties such as Stripe or Adyen—Blyzr receives limited payment metadata but not full card numbers).
  • Creator and merchant program data (business contact info, tax and payout details, identity verification or KYC information when required by law or our payment provider).
  • User-generated content (reviews, ratings, photos or videos, comments, livestream chat, support requests).
  • Event and cafe participation (RSVP info, attendance, dietary or accessibility notes you choose to provide).
  • Surveys, promotions, and referrals (entries, responses, coupon redemptions, referral codes).

B. Information from other sources

  • Accounts you connect (for example Google or Apple sign-in; TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube for creator tools), including your public profile and tokens necessary for the connection.
  • Marketplace and logistics partners (for example order or fulfillment updates from TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or carriers).
  • Advertising, analytics, and measurement partners (campaign performance, ad interactions).
  • Anti-fraud and safety vendors (signals to help detect spam, abuse, chargebacks, or scalping).
  • Public or joint marketing sources (social media posts you address to us, creator content featuring our products).

C. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, device IDs, OS or browser, app version, pages viewed, links clicked, search queries, referring or exit pages, timestamps).
  • Approximate location (derived from IP or with your device settings).
  • Cookies and similar technologies (pixels, SDKs, local storage) for essential site functions, analytics, personalization, and advertising. See Cookies and Similar Technologies below.
  • Audio or video interaction (recordings of live shopping events or customer support calls or chats, where permitted and with notice where required).

D. Sensitive personal information

We aim to avoid collecting sensitive categories. If a creator or merchant must provide identity verification or tax documentation, we process the minimum necessary and protect it appropriately. Do not include health or other sensitive data in free-text fields or uploads.

E. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

3) How we use information

We use information for the following purposes (and, where applicable, the legal bases under GDPR):

  • Provide the Services (create and maintain accounts, process orders, deliver products, enable livestreams and cafe experiences). Contract

4) Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and device identifiers to enable essential features, analyze performance, personalize content, and provide and measure advertising, including cross-context behavioral advertising.

5) How we disclose information

We may disclose the categories of information described above to:

  • Service providers and contractors (hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, payment processing, identity verification, logistics).
  • Merchants and brand partners to fulfill your orders, handle customer service, process returns, and honor warranties.
  • Creators and influencers (for example, to attribute sales for commissions, fulfill giveaways, or invite you to creator communities you opt into).
  • Advertising and measurement partners to provide, personalize, and measure ads on and off Blyzr (see Your Privacy Choices).
  • Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets).
  • Legal and safety (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect rights, property, or safety).
  • With your direction or consent (for example when you connect a third-party service or join a partnered activation).

We do not allow our service providers to use your personal information for their own purposes beyond the services they perform for us.

6) Your privacy choices

  • Marketing communications. You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in the message or adjusting settings in your account. We may still send transactional or service messages.
  • Ads personalization / Do Not Sell or Share. Some laws (for example California) define disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out via: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
  • Limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information (California). If we process sensitive personal information, you can request limits via Limit My SPI.
  • Cookies. Use Manage Cookies to control categories of cookies and similar technologies.
  • Mobile settings. Use device settings to reset ad identifiers and limit ad tracking.
  • Permissions. You can disable access to camera, microphone, photos, or location in your device or app settings.
  • Do Not Track. We currently do not respond to browser DNT signals.

7) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information. Authorized agents may submit requests where allowed with proof of authority.

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing privacy@blyzr.com with "Nevada Opt Out" in the subject line.

8) Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Criteria include account status, the nature of the data, and legal or reporting requirements. We may anonymize or aggregate data so it is no longer reasonably capable of identifying you.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and safeguard your account credentials.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms and take additional measures as needed.

11) Third-party sites and services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and platforms (for example TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, payment providers). This Policy does not apply to their practices. Review their privacy policies before interacting with them or connecting accounts.

12) Creator, merchant, and affiliate programs

If you participate as a creator, merchant, or affiliate, we process additional information (for example business contact info, payout or tax details, performance metrics, referral tracking, content uploads, and identity verification where required). We may display your public profile or handle, storefront or product listings, livestream replays, and attribution metrics according to your settings and program terms.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and adjust the "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice as required by law.

"Sold" or "Shared" are terms defined by California law and may include disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising even when no money is exchanged. You can opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information and limit sensitive personal information via Limit My SPI.

Financial incentives. From time to time, we may offer discounts, referral or loyalty programs that involve personal information (for example your email). Participation is voluntary and subject to program terms. The value of your data is reasonably related to the program benefits (for example typical discount amount or referral reward), and we use it to administer the program and personalize communications. You may withdraw at any time by following the program instructions or contacting us.

17) How to exercise your rights

If you reside in a jurisdiction that allows it, you may designate an authorized agent. We will confirm receipt, verify your identity, and respond within the timeframe required by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if still unresolved, you may contact your regulator.
